Vance Tilton
Parish Nurse
Vance Tilton, RNC, along with Priscilla Vories, is one of two Parish Nurses at St. David’s. Vance was one of the St. David’s pilgrims to Malawi in 2005. She serves on the Board of Directors of Warm Heart International and heads the Medical and Orphan Prevention Committee. Vance has been an RN for 26 years and received her Certification in Psychiatric/Mental Health Nursing in 1990. She is currently a nursing supervisor at St. David’s Medical Center in Austin. Prior to coming to Austin and both St. David’s, Vance lived in New England for many years, then became a traveling nurse, working in hospitals throughout the United States.
