Wisdom Ways
Discussion for Young Adults- Sunday mornings at 10:20 in the Guild Room at St. David’s.
This Sunday begins a 4 week exploration into knowledge of God.
Feb. 21 - What do we Know about God and How do we know it?
Feb. 28 - Anselm - From Pure Reason
Mar. 7 - Pseudo-Dionysus - Negative Theology
Mar. 14 - St. Symeon the New Theologian - Knowledge and Theosis

The first class is simply an orientation to the questions (1) What do we know about God and (2) How do we Know it? We are simply going to draw out from each person in the class a response to these two questions.  I will have several tools in class for helping you articulate what you think about these two questions. We will then spend the next three weeks exploring different thinkers from the Christian tradition who have responded to these questions.

Although Knowledge of God and Thinkers from the Christian tradition sounds Heavy, this class presupposes no philosophical or theological training.

Weekly Brunch
