Mourner’s Path

Are you grieving the death of a family member or friend? Do you wonder if your grief is “normal” and if it will heal? Is time passing without your feeling much better? Do you wonder where God is in your grief? Many of us have these experiences when someone we love dies. As we work together we can develop skills to help process grief, as we discover Christ’s love and the promise of a new life.

Walking the mourner’s path is an 8-week grief support program. It is open to anyone who has experienced the death of a loved one as recently as a few months ago, or perhaps many years ago.

This small-group grief recovery program will meet from 3:30-5 p.m. on the following six Sundays in 2011: 10/30,11/6,11/13,11/20,11/27, and 12/4. Larry and Jane Graham will be the facilitators of this group. The Rev. Ron Smith will be present as chaplain. Please contact the to register.
