Mourner’s Path

Are you grieving the death of a family member or friend? Do you wonder if your grief is “normal” and if it will heal? Is time passing without your feeling much better? Do you wonder where God is in your grief? Many of us have these experiences when someone we love dies. As we work together we can develop skills to help process grief, as we discover Christ’s love and the promise of a new life.

Walking the mourner’s path is an 8-week grief support program. It is open to anyone who has experienced the death of a loved one as recently as a few months ago, or perhaps many years ago.

The Fall 2009 series begins on October 4 and meets from 3-4 p.m. at St. Davids. It runs for 8 weeks and concludes on November 22.  There is a $75 fee for the program to cover costs of materials. Scholarships are available and no one will be turned away for financial reasons. To sign up or for more information contact the . General information is also available at www.mournerspath.com.
