Advocacy Volunteer Testimonial - Janie Long

27Oct

I’m so glad to find a home at St. David’s. The Community Engagement and Advocacy Groups have given me so many ways to reach out and volunteer. We worked on “Vidas Robadas,” addressing gun violence. We went up to the Capitol to voice our concerns on women’s health, food insecurity, school vouchers, and bathroom bills. The interfaith Migration with Dignity Prayer Vigils have been so meaningful and inspiring. The fellowship has been the most fulfilling. I can’t thank Dianne enough for all she does!
