The Grants Committee for Community Outreach (GCCO) is a subcommittee of the Vestry of St. David’s Episcopal Church. The GCCO administers the church grant proposal process and makes funding recommendations to the Vestry. The Vestry approves the grant recipients, and the grant funds are awarded each year in the Fall.
