To-go dinners, available for purchase during Sunday morning breakfast, will take a break this week for Harvest Sunday. To-go dinners will return on Sunday, Nov. 3.
Here is a menu preview from Chef Ray (items subject to change):
- Vegetable Stir Fry with Tofu and Ginger Rice (serves 4)
- Chicken with Sautéed Spinach (serves 1)
- Stacked Beef and Black Bean Enchiladas (serves 4)
- Vegetable Soup
Chef Ray received a glowing review of the new to-go meals last week: " By far, it's the best meal I've had in years. Absolutely delicious!"
