The Prime Timers are a group of retired empty nesters who enjoy each other’s company. Before Covid-19 the group met about once a month with a summer hiatus. We have very little structure and select our events based on our member suggestions and on who has ideas for activities. Our most popular events are our themed potluck gatherings held in the homes of some of the participants. They are usually attended by16 to 30 people. Themes include: Christmas party with carols, white elephant gift exchange, Valentine celebration, ranch Bar-B-Que, Robert Burns night, and others. The group also hosts a luncheon for the St David Habitat build volunteers.  New members are welcome and fresh ideas for meetings or outings are encouraged.
