Café Divine has provided food service for St. David’s and the downtown community since 1998.

Volunteers prepare and serve Sunday Breakfast, Wednesday Dinner, and bi-monthly public lunches (first and third Thursdays). Contact Chef Ray (chefray@stdave.org) and he will reach out to coordinate volunteer scheduling. We do have a short waiting list on some volunteer slots.

Volunteer help is also needed for special events like SXSW, The Austin Film Festival, The Texas Tribune Festival, World Music Encounters concerts, wedding and funeral receptions, and private events. Fill out this form to be added to our volunteer list. Meeting times and time commitment: Time commitment depends on the food service or the event. Volunteers who become regular need to get a food handlers certificate. Most prep/set up/event work is done during the daylight hours Monday through Friday with occasional weekend events.
