Rector Transition Process Update: On Sunday, Oct. 19, the Parish Profile Committee shared the results of the Parish Survey. Thanks to all who completed the survey! We had a tremendous response rate. For a valid survey, we needed 33% of our Average Sunday Attendance (ASA), but we hit 111% of our ASA!
The presentation of the survey that was given last Sunday is linked below. While the presentation contained summarized information and highlighted major themes in the findings, an annotated version of the survey will be provided here soon. You will receive more information about that when it is available.
The next step in the Rector Transition Process is to conduct Listening Groups – where we will gather in groups of 10 to capture your input on the parish. Information and dates for those sessions will be shared within the next week.
