Members of our altar guild joined the facilities team today, climbing ladders, hanging garlands, sweeping up needles, placing nativity creches, and decorating trees, all in preparation for Christmas. This year, festive red coverings were made for all the white chains that hold up the large wreaths in our Historic Church. The chains were carefully threaded through the new coverings and then pulled to the high ceiling of the Historic Church.
