A Beloved Celebration of Welcoming –
La Gran Posada 2025
Everyone is welcome at “La Gran Posada” on Saturday, Dec. 20, 2025, from 5 to 8 p.m. at St. David’s.
Be part of a joyful posada procession and singing re-enactment of Mary and Joseph's search for lodging on their journey to Bethlehem. Celebrate with us when the procession is finally welcomed into a safe place for Jesus’ birth—and celebrate our tradition of welcoming.
La Gran Posada is a free, family-friendly gathering. The church doors open at 5 p.m. to give the little ones time to get into nativity costumes (costumes provided!). The posada procession starts at 5:30 p.m., culminating in a fiesta featuring authentic music, piñatas, and delicious Hispanic food.
