St. David's Won the Voting Challenge

Voting Challenge Ice Cream Party

We are proud to share that St. David’s won HJAN’s Voting Challenge! Of all the congregations that participated in the Diocese of Texas, we had the most overall votes. This means we have earned a parish-wide ice cream party. On Jan. 5, after our 10:30 a.m. all-parish Christmastide Lessons and Carols service, our celebratory ice cream party will take place during our Epiphany celebration in Sumners Hall, so mark your calendars! 

Special thanks to our Advocacy Group and Community Engagement Committee volunteers who worked on this effort. Most of all, thank you to all St. David’s parishioners who made sure their votes were counted and, once again, showed what it means to Vote Faithfully.
