Testimonial for the open table
The Open Table has been a place for me to bring my full self into worship, knowing that I will be seen and loved, not despite who I am, but precisely because of who God made me to be. It has been a space to be unafraid, despite the renewed political backlash against the LGBTQ+ community. I am deeply grateful that I get to serve in a parish with such a powerful witness to God’s love of all people, and that I can be present with siblings and allies from across our vast rainbow.

THE OPEN TABLE ANNUAL PRIDE EUCHARIST
Saturday, Aug. 23
6 p.m., Historic Church (and livestreamed)
All are invited to our annual Eucharist before the Austin PRIDE Parade. Celebrate and pray with and for our LGBTQ+ siblings. Afterward, walk alongside other affirming area Episcopal churches.
