Children's Choir Rehearsals
Wednesdays, Sept.-May
6-7 p.m., Bethell Hall
Rehearse, sing, perform, and make new choir friends.
Children in kindergarten through fifth grade are invited to learn the basics of singing and performing, how music fits into the liturgical calendar, and how being a music leader is important in church life. Most of all, families are invited to make new connections and form a community!
Meeting times and time commitment: Meet most Wednesdays, 6-7 p.m. in Bethell Hall, September-April (no rehearsal during school holidays). Sing in worship approximately once a month and at special services like our Advent Lessons & Carols service. The choir will also sing in a hymn festival in the spring. Rehearsal breaks traditionally correspond to school calendars – no rehearsal during spring or winter break, for example, and the Wednesday before Thanksgiving.
