Prayer is a fundamental part of the life of faith. There are myriad ways to do it, as diverse as the people offering prayer. But have you ever wondered how Jesus prayed? What did Jesus pray about? What can we learn about God through the content of Jesus’ prayers?
Join us on this retreat as we explore the stories in the Bible that show Jesus at prayer. Together we will learn from the style, content and focus of Jesus’ prayer life, which may enliven our prayer life as well. We will also enjoy great fellowship with one another, prepare our meals together, walk, read, play and rest in three lovely cabins on a beautiful lake at Camp Allen.
