November 2026 Rector Search Update
St. David’s Search Committee has been traveling to hold second-round interviews with several candidates. Our travel teams and full committee are collaborating and enjoying each other’s fellowship. When travel teams reported back, the full committee discerned the calling of each candidate.
The Search Committee now has a short list of candidates who have been invited to a third-round interview and full committee meeting. These candidates are experienced, gifted leaders who follow God’s love and preach from their heart. After this round of interviews, the committee will discern who God is calling and will present their final recommendation to the vestry.
We continue to stay on track with our established timeline, and with God’s help, we hope to announce the next rector of St. David’s at our Annual Parish Meeting in January. Your Search Committee can feel your prayers and thank you for your patience as we work to listen to God and who God is calling to St. David’s.
