March 15: Consecration and Ordination of the Rev. Angela Cortiñas 

St. David's parishioners are invited to join the Rt. Rev. Dr. David G. Read, D.D. and the Diocese of West Texas to celebrate the Consecration and Ordination of the 7th Bishop Suffragan of the Diocese of West Texas, our former associate rector, the Rev. Angela Maria Cortiñas. 

Pastor Angela will be consecrated at St. John's Episcopal Church, McAllen on Saturday, March 15, at 10 a.m. A group from St. David's plan to attend. The livestream will begin on the Diocese of West Texas website at 9:45 a.m. The Most Reverend Sean Rowe, presiding bishop and primate of The Episcopal Church, to serve as chief consecrator.
