Matching Gifts update: 80% raised
We’ve almost reached our Matching Gift 2026 goal of raising $300,000 by May 24, the Day of Pentecost. We’re currently at about $240,000 raised, which includes half from parish donations and half from matching gifts from a few generous parish families. We need a little over $30,000 in new giving from the parish to achieve the goal.
We originally had one generous parish family who was willing to match the amount we raise dollar-for-dollar up to $100,000. Then a few more families agreed to increase that by $50,000, for a total match of $150,000! So, any gift you make will be doubled! Remember, you can make a new pledge or increase your existing pledge to be completed by the end of 2026. Or you can make a onetime gift. If you have not yet made a gift, please do so today. If giving online, be sure to select the Fund for “Matching Gift 2026,” or if giving by check then enter that on the memo line.
