In addition for his acts of service to the poor, St. Francis was also known for his care for all of God’s creatures, and several stories report that he sought to foster peace between humans and animals. Honor St. Francis’ legacy and celebrate the joy pets bring into our lives with a pet blessing.
You and your pets are invited to a special Eucharist on the labyrinth to celebrate the feast of St. Francis and the special role companion animals play in our lives and in God's creation.
