(Re)claiming a (Re)creational Theology
Wednesday, May 7, 21, and 28
6:30-7:30 p.m., Crail A
A new adult formation class will be offered on Wednesday evenings in May. Join Cameron Spoor, who many remember from his curacy at St. David's, as he explores (Re)claiming a (Re)creational Theology: From rest to play, finding importance in seemingly unimportant things.
We sometimes treat rest, play, and other recreational leisures as a break from the “real” vocation as Christians. What if we viewed them instead as sources of holiness? Come and explore how rest, play, and other seemingly unimportant matters can actually be conduits for Godliness. If we laugh, breathe, and relax along the way, we’ll know we’re doing something right!
Playful Labyrinth Walk
Wednesday, May 14
6:30 p.m., Labyrinth
As part of this series, we will have dinner together in Sumners Hall (5:30-6:30 p.m.) and then walk downstairs for a playful evening walk on St. David's downtown Labyrinth.
